  • You agree to post genuine, lawful, and clear job listings.
  • You must not post fake, misleading, discriminatory, or exploitative job offers.
  • You are responsible for your recruitment practices and communications with candidates.
  • You may not solicit job seekers for services unrelated to legitimate hiring.

5.Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, abusive, obscene, illegal, or defamatory.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use bots, crawlers, or scripts to access or misuse the platform.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on jobArrest — including logos, trademarks, design, software, and content — is the property of jobArrest or its licensors.

Job seekers retain ownership of their resumes, and employers retain ownership of their job posts, but by posting them on jobArrest, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content for platform use.
